(1) In the event of termination of employment due to bad conduct or in any other way, the employer shall pay the entire amount including wages, benefits, etc. to the worker within fifteen days of the termination of employment.
(2) The employer shall provide the necessary assistance to provide the funds or facilities that the workers will receive from the social security fund, insurance or other agencies. (2) In case of non-cooperation, the wages shall be paid to such workers as if they were still in service until the amount is paid.
(4) If the worker does not come to collect the wages or benefits, the employer may pay directly to the worker's account or deposit it in the office.
